- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total
- Please check with your local customs office for potential fees
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium athletic wear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Our Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All types of hats
- Sandals
- Underwear (if included in Clothing category)
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly visible and ship to:

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- For international returns:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- We will process your refund to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a $12.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
