I’d recommend ordering 1 size smaller than your regular shoe size. This shoe runs quite large imo.

I work a package delivery job so I’m on my feet for a good seven to ten hours a day. The fit and size were as described, not too tight or too loose. The material however was very stiff with almost no cushioning. I’d hoped that after breaking them in a bit, they would soften up. It’s been a couple of months and they have broken in and have more give, they’re still not super comfortable though. I swapped the insoles for a much more forgiving pair with arch support, and since it’s winter up here, I’ve been wearing them with thick wool socks, this has given them a slight improvement. I just recently picked up a new pair of safety toe work boots for the rest of winter and I’m going to try these Pumas again once it warms up. These are probably fine for kitchen work with decent insoles but I don’t know that I’d recommend them for a job that involves a lot of walking around. I’ll try to remember to update how they are without the wool socks in the warmer months.
