I ordered size 13 and received a size 12. Zappos you had one job.

The inside of the back has a hard bump that eats into my ankle, on both shoes. Guaranteed blister every time worn. It seems like a manufacturing error but it’s identical on both shoes, like it’s intentional.

My feet have never felt as bad as they do after wearing these sneakers. Sore and burning after a night of work. Very heavy shoe as well. Also the laces are way too short I had to tie them many times.
