I used to have a pair of bright orange-red shoes (different brand) 20 years ago that we dubbed SAFETY SHOES! Saw these and decided it was necessary for Safety Shoes 2.0. These are great! I have slightly wide feet and originally went with a 9, but my heel kept slipping in and out. It was better with a thicker sock but decided I would mostly wear this during the spring/summer so returned and got the 8.5. Super comfy, perfect for long strolls/quick jog around the city. I think if I accidentally wore these to the gym my feet wouldn’t be that sad about it either.
